Since its establishment in 1997 as Card Smart Consulting, and its evolution into C Smart International in 2011, he has helped shape the company’s vision of becoming a trusted partner in delivering high-quality financial service solutions.
Stephen Lukic

Steve is a senior Financial Services and Payments industry leader with 25+ years of experience, including 20+ years specializing in transactions, payment systems, and card technologies. As a member of C Smart International’s leadership team and Head of Transaction Switching, he brings deep expertise in POS/ATM switching, 3-D Secure, tokenization, merchant acquiring, card issuing, ISO 8583, AS 2805, and PCI-DSS. He combines strong technical knowledge with experience in solution architecture, product management, consulting, program leadership, vendor management, and people leadership.

Her strong organizational and people-management skills help foster productive client partnerships and support the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
