What role will you play?

You will design and develop test automation scripts from scratch while also updating existing test cases to reflect new application features. With a strong focus on functional testing, both automated and manual, you will ensure the application performs as expected under various conditions. Collaborating closely with development and testing teams, you will define effective automated testing strategies tailored to the application's needs.

What you offer

  • 4 years of experience within automation testing, such as Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, RestAssured and Cucumber BDD framework, focusing on Quality Assurance process methodologies
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Bamboo and Jenkins
  • Experience testing API and browser-based test automation
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data
  • Good understanding of investment banking and financial instrument concepts is an advantage.

You will be involved in several projects ranging from software upgrades to business-driven enhancements, building relationships and working closely with the business to produce functional and technical designs, code, automated tests and support applications in production. In addition, you will assist with work estimation, process improvements, systems integration and technology upgrades.

  • 3-5 years of experience with a strong focus on UI/UX design
  • Knowledge of Angular 2+, Typescript, Node.js, npm package installation, web components and REST API integration
  • Open to learning Java, Spring Boot, Kafka and AWS
  • Experience in DevOps is an advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently, proactively and effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, teams, our business groups and senior managers
  • A learning mindset and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative approaches.

Test Automation Engineer | Salesforce

As a key member of our test team, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases while collaborating with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage. Your responsibilities will include performing various types of testing, such as functional, regression, integration and performance testing, as well as developing, executing and maintaining automated test scripts. 

 

You may also contribute to the continuous integration framework for the automation suite and build automation frameworks and scripts for end-to-end testing, primarily focusing on UI testing. Additionally, you will identify, document and track software defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues effectively. 

What you offer

  • 2-5 years of experience in software application testing and automation with experience in Robot Framework and/or Playwright, Python, Typescript/Javascript
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to plan and prioritise objectives and deliverables
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive communication across teams and global locations
  • Ability to navigate vague specifications and requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify expectations
  • Experience working on Scrum teams with Confluence and JIRA
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or systems with workflows will be an advantage.
