Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design for the MVP and near-term roadmap.
  
• Design workflow stages, human decision points, exception handling, and escalation patterns.
  
• Define the boundaries between deterministic system behavior and LLM-assisted behavior.
  
• Shape the structure and responsibilities of agents, services, and human-task interactions.
  
• Translate business, legal, risk, and operational requirements into buildable solution decisions.
  
• Break the solution into clear increments that can be delivered and validated progressively.
  
• Partner with engineering to ensure the architecture is implementable, testable, and operationally sound.
  
• Maintain solution blueprints, decision logic, and architecture artefacts for the programme.
  
• Support programme communications by articulating how the solution delivers business outcomes.
  

Required Experience

• Strong experience in solution architecture for enterprise platforms or workflow-driven products.
  
• Experience designing complex business workflows, approval flows, and exception-handling models.
  
• Experience defining service boundaries and coordinating cross-functional solution design.
  
• Ability to translate ambiguous business process requirements into structured system behavior.
  
• Strong communication skills across business stakeholders, architects, and engineers.
  
• Experience working in environments where control, auditability, and human oversight matter.
  
• Fluent with AI-enabled automation across the software delivery lifecycle — comfortable using AI assistance to accelerate epic and story refinement, solution design, option analysis, prototyping, documentation, test design, delivery planning, and integration with the Atlassian suite without weakening architectural rigor
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with agentic systems, AI-assisted products, or LLM-enabled workflow solutions.
  
• Familiarity with Temporal or equivalent orchestration technologies.
  
• Background in regulated sectors such as financial services, legal, procurement, or risk.
